SysDesk is a module designed to assist administrators with planning and executing PC replacement. It works at two different planning levels:

- Forecasting: establishing the plan for PC replacement, i.e. weekly
- Operational: organizing all required activities for daily PC replacement.

SysDesk provides workflow for PC replacement. It takes user schedules into account and establishes timelines or "rendezvous” points for the migration, chosen by the users themselves, greatly simplifying operational planning.

An email is send to users asking them to document or restate their needs, i.e. like a software upgrade or installation.

Any data file that must be saved is processed according to the forecast and restored during installation. Data saving is kept to a minimum as is user down time; estimated to be a maximum of 10 minutes.

SysDesk provide license management including ports that show exactly how software is being used.
